Yes, it will take 5 to 10 years with a few really fast sections - such as now - with each will manifest with a combination of physical and thought events and to make the most of it, listen inside yourself especially. When something happens and you hear it described, listen to your insides ALSO. Not just your reaction and feeling, those are VERY good starting places but listen deeper (like reading harder and seeing sharper?)
String theory? That's a college course or two (dozen).
I refer you to another site I've been known to contaminate, triple dubya the amendment dot net. I suggest Archives and read titles, they'll clue you into pieces of string theory.

We are powerful infinite spirits expressing Love, Joy, Cooperation and Compassion. May we all awaken quickly in order to make responsible choices so that we no longer need to suffer as the survivors of these events are suffering.
I hope that the collective planetary surge of love and compassion we (humanity) send to the surviving parents, family, relatives and friends will speed up the 'lesson' and remove our sense of powerlessness and their deep grief.
My words seem small to me compared to the impact of this event but I don't know what else to do at this moment.
I am humbled to be a drop in this ocean of emotional outpouring.

Dense is the word Steve. And for how long? Wars upon wars, even atom bombs haven't brought them to their senses, now super-duper weaponry, etc etc. It just goes on and on, one copycat idiot after another. Suicide bombers are regularly blowing up children. Lately the middle east killed scores more. On and on and on....thick, dense people. I just can't see sense instead of dense taking place soon, if at all. The 'Big Picture' evolves far too slowly as far as I can tell.

Our society is all about knee-jerk reactions of condemnation, judgement and punishment rather that examining why tragic and senseless events occur. I know in my heart that we are ALL equal in God's eyes, even those who cause great pain and destruction. Nothing is wasted, we grow from challenging experiences that cause us to pause and evaluate how we have failed to reach someone so desperate for acknowledgement that they commit violent, unacceptable acts upon the innocent. We must pray for perpetrators as well as victims that they forgive themselves and willingly move forward on their path to understanding our "inter-conntectedness".

I live two towns over from Sandy Hook, in a town very much like it. We nearly bought a house there. Everyone here is in shock. It's hard to sleep, and we all wake up feeling sick.
A channeled source whom I follow says that everyone involved in the tragedy -- victims and perpetrator -- chose this destiny to teach the rest of us. According to him, they are all on the other side of the veil, well and happy. Yes, even the shooter.
This lesson is about gun control and mental health. A tragedy of this magnitude was needed to change things, to really wake people up and motivate legislators.
That's a hard lesson to learn -- but one so terrible and affecting, it will not be forgotten.

So, for the three days around and on the 21st of December, should we be outside in the sunlight as much as possible in order to be effected or have an effect? Or it doesn't matter if we are inside or outside? I ask because I exercise indoors everyday for 5 hours during the day and don't go outside until the end of my routine during the evening when it's already dark outside. Does it matter how long we are outside in the sunlight in order to absorb this special energy, maybe like a few minutes or an hour when the sun is at its highest maybe?

I interpret that to mean that, despite 'better' (more deadly, stronger, powerful) weapons being available to us, overall violence and death rates has been reduced over time. So, in the times of sticks and rocks and swords and knifes, we were quite violent then too. And probably more so.
The point noted is that it isn't weapons that makes us violent. It is our own tendencies. Banning guns, banning weapons doesn't change anything. People will find ways and means to act out if that is their desire.
Humanity itself has to change that desire, choose differently, choose non-violence.

As midnight and the 21st arrive in some places around the world, it will still be the 20th across the international date line, "farther back". As it turns from the 21st to the 22nd, it will still be the 21st farther back.
So over the 24 hours of the calendar date, it will have been the 20th, 21st and 22nd in different places, just like it happens every day,
